How long does it usually take for my pipe to arrive? 

Most orders arrive within 3 business days after they are purchased. Glass Pipes Direct offers FedEx, 2-Day, and Standard Overnight shipping options if you require faster delivery.  Simply add the products to your cart and then choose which method you desire. Any orders over $65 receive free shipping.
 
How are you able to offer products at such low prices?
We purchase all of our stock in large quantities to receive the best prices available, and we are able to pass the savings on to you.
 
How will my order be shipped?
Glass Pipes Direct ships orders to addresses within the United States only. Please note that orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the following business day.
Free Ground Shipping is available for all continental U.S. orders totaling $65 or more.
Orders are shipped via FedEx; therefore, a physical address is needed because FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
 
Will my neighbors know I like to smoke? 
No: All of our orders are shipped out in discreet packaging.
 
How can I know if a website is secure? 
Make sure that the website address starts with "https".  The "s" stands for secure.   Also, be aware of websites offering too good to be true prices - like your mother told you, "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is."  
 
What is your return policy?
We stand by our product. If you receive any item that is cracked or broken simply send it back to us for an exchange - no questions asked. Note: Any items returned that have been used are not eligible for exchange and will not be shipped back.
 
Are your prices listed in US dollars?
Yes, all of our prices are listed in US dollars. Please review your order carefully before submitting it for processing.
 
Will sales tax be applied to my order?
Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped to Louisiana. Please note that state and applicable local taxes will be applied to all orders shipped to Louisiana addresses.
 
What is PCI and why is it important?
The Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard is a joint creation of Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. In response to the growing severity of credit card theft, the PCI Standard was created with the goal of protecting cardholder data wherever it may reside. Glass Pipes Direct is proud to be PCI compliant and keeps quarterly records of our safety measures. The PCI has developed industry-wide standards for card data security to be followed by both merchants and providers alike.  If you sell online and accept credit cards, then you MUST be PCI compliant. The deadline to become compliant has passed and it’s not something you can claim ignorance toward.  There are many blown glass websites that are not compliant.  Do not take the risk with a site that does not meet these standards - your punishment could be much greater than not receiving your merchandise - it could mean your identity getting stolen.
